Material creation in ECC using the material in MDG

Hi,

I need to work on a requirement wherein the Material that are created in MDG systems

need to be created in ECC using the class cl_mdg_mat_erpbulkrplctrq.

I'm trying to map the fields of the method signature but unable to do so.

Has anyone tried using this class before or maybe could help me with some info

on this .

you'll find the item "Data Model Metadata"

This Excel also contains the mapping of backend / MDG-M data model to the elements of the SOA service.

I somehow didn't find some field mapping like the Profit Center. Do you know the mapping for Profit Center or maybe have a document which has the mapping.

Did you chek the excel for Metadata

Data Model Metadata (Material)

I can see Profit center in the excel

ECC field PRCTR is there but to which field does it correspond to i.e  SOA segment/element is missing

Then this basically means that the field was not implemented in the SOA service. You'd need to extend the service with that field (standard SOA extensibility)
