Error with Expert Analytics

Hi,

I have an error with expert analytics. I am trying to open samples in Expert analytics and I have the below errors. I tried to unistall and clear the sappa folder in C:\users\public and other places but it didnt work. I am using PA 2.5 Client

Another thing that i am missing with this tool is that I cannot see access My Access. It has been masked and I cannot use it , but all the SAP tutorials show that they can use it. I even tried going to SAP PA client and HELP and enter the key code that is generated for our client in SAP Launchpad but even that didnt help

If not, please log a ticket with SAP Support. https://apps.support.sap.com/sap/support/knowledge/public/en/2116068 The KBA 2133665 seems like a good candidate for your problem. If this does not work, please log a ticket with SAP Support. Thanks & regards Antoine

I uninstalled the product and reinstalled it back as mentioned in that note
