User Assignment with Org Structure

Hi All,

Do we have any standard report/FM to retrieve users who are not assigned to any org unit in SRM. We have standard FM

BBP_OM_STRUC_GET_ORG_FROM_USER to get for one user at a time but I want to run this check for all the SRM users and to find who are not assigned to org structure. is this possible? please suggest.

Hi,

This FM is an internal function module which means that we do not suggest you use it in your own programs. Please copy it to generate a Z-FM and make use of it.

The standard way to check if users are assigned to organization, you may make use of report HRALXSYNC or trx users_gen: Here you may use the option check user and employee data and list all the users to check them at one time. If organization is not assigned, there will be error raised.

As mentioned by Ivy PLease use report HRALXSYNC and check below options:

it will list all users. I have put the org unit number as the Root org unit to list all users in the organization

Also you can select the date option to select the recently added one .

Hi, go trhought this post, several reports are mentioned that you might use to validate which users are not assigned to org. structure.
