Cannot find Lumira in (BOE version 4.2) BI Launchpad Application Tab

Hi Team,

I am working on Lumira server for BI platform , Currently we BI 4.2 version, and Lumira 1.31 add on.
Now when I login to CMC I'm able to see the Lumira in Application tab. but where as in BI Launchpad could not see Lumira.
FYI...

I need this for manage connections part,

When I check the Lumira User guide for manage connections, it mentioned to select Lumira in BI application. But I couldn't find Lumira in BI launchpad.
currently we installed BI 4.2 and Lumira 1.31.

Kindly guide me fixing this issue.

Hi Shashikiran

Please see if the following will help:

1. Login to CMC as an Administrator
2. Navigate to Applications >> SAP Lumira Configuration >> User Security
3. Click on 'Add Principals' and add required user/group you would like to grant the right and then click on 'Add & Assign Security'
4. Click on Advanced >> Add/Remove Rights
5. Click on Application >> SAP Lumira Configuration
6. Grant the right "Launch SAP Lumira for Enterprise from BI launch pad" (Apply to Object and Sub-Object)
7. Apply & OK

Hi Shashikiran,

You would also want to check,

- the access level to missing applications with your BO Admin

- if Lumira is available with your licence

- if any other seperate installation is required.
