Hello All,

I am new in SAP mobil solution

I have problem in SMQ2 inbound in SAP Gateway.  error 404 - No Subscription Found. DOE_Q_0000  sysfail

I can see In SUP server there is a user that his connection did not been deleted from SUB queue after they was sent to SMQ2 in Gateway server.

So he have 4 connection on SUB queue 2 are the old one and to new one.

Any idea how can I find a reason for this, SMQ2 is stopped by this user.

There were older issues (SUP 2.1.x?) where a user unsubscribe did not delete the user subscription.  The SMP team really doesn't support DOE applications anymore and haven't since the SUP 2.1 versions which was end of maintenance almost 2 years ago.

You can try manually deleting all old subscriptions in SCC, delete device application and reinstall, and then have mobile user resubscribe.  If its a backend issue, mobility team would not have the knowledge to assist usually.

Hi Kevin,

I hope you or some one can help me with this question.

From the SAP note 2152430 I can remove  subscription.

But any ide, how to create a new Subscription for this user?

The CRM client would have a "subscribe" button.
