Hello All,
Any help for this error?
Thanks

There were older issues (SUP 2.1.x?) where a user unsubscribe did not delete the user subscription. The SMP team really doesn't support DOE applications anymore and haven't since the SUP 2.1 versions which was end of maintenance almost 2 years ago.
You can try manually deleting all old subscriptions in SCC, delete device application and reinstall, and then have mobile user resubscribe. If its a backend issue, mobility team would not have the knowledge to assist usually.

Kevin
