Partial payment

Dear Forum Members

I want to help regarding the issue of partial payment . Whenever I make a partial payment against vendor invoice , at the time of clearing the layout shows the already partially pais amount, if any in open item selection.

But the same facility is not available in GL . In case of GL when we made partial payment against a line item the open item widow do not show the partial amount paid. What is the solution of this issue

Hi

in the above screen click on Edit option button , then click F4 in GL field and choose ( K2) Reference ..

i believe this would recall the invoice reference field in the payment screen layout ..

try it and feed me back.

Sir I did and then pay partially an amount against line item, but still it show nothing in partially paid colum

HI Ammar, as per your screen shot you have deselected the all items , so system is not showing amount in the partial column make activate then try regards Hidyath
