Sorry Site not found page coming on starting FLP portal service

Hi

I have enabled cloud portal service under my Hana cloud account, and i have followed all the steps correctly to register this service.

But when i am trying to access this service by clicking "Go to service" link, its opening up page with error "Sorry site not found".

Attached is the screen print of my error page, can any one help me to troubleshoot this error.

Hello Rahul,

According to our logs, it seems like the S0007385300 trial account was provisioned several months ago

Is it true or did you enable the Portal service this weekend?

Did it work in the past?

Also, can you please verify if your user is assigned to the tenant_admin role

1. In the cockpit, in the 'Services' tab, click the 'Portal Services' tile

2. Click the 'Configure Portal Service' link

3. Click the 'Roles' tab

4. If your user is not there, add it and try the 'Go to service' link

Yes Run, its right. This account was enabled couple of months ago but even that time same error appeared.

Today , i rechecked all the setting including Tenant_admin role. But still its not working.Attached is the screen shot of Roles tab.

Hi Rahul,

Please remove the S0007385300trial from the tenant_admin role

And assign the S0007385300 instead

That should do the trick
