how to reset HCPMS

Hi my HCPms account was dead, is that possible to reset HCPms account by any mean?

Hi,

self service for resetting HCPms is not available. I can let our dev ops team reset your account, but I need your permission to reset it, since all data will be lost and I need your account name - best you send me a PM.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but this can happen on trial

Both my account P1941987274 and S0016268427 need to be reset.

BTW, is this a known issue in trial version only? Im considering to suggest my client deploy their mobile solution on HCP, has the enterprise version fixed it?

Are you referring to Trial of HCPms? What do you mean by 'dead' ? Lost all configurations?

PS: You can create another new account on HCP trial to access mobile service.

What do you mean by account is dead. Are you not able to create new application configurations in HCPMS cockpit?

when I login to the hcpms account, there's no application showed,

when I try to look at my applications, it will take quite a long time, about 5 min., then internal error showed.

and yes, there's no way to create new application either.

btw, other functions in HCP work well, but HCPms.

yes, it worked well, but since I had tried to upload and deploy an updated hybrid app in "Application-Specific Settings", I lost everything
