Hybris Marketing - mapping question

Hi All,

I am working on translating Data from SAP insurance modules (FSPM, FSCD...) into yMKT data model (IA, IC, Product). What I noticed is that in SAP modules it is possible to have several valid addresses, and for ex. bank accounts for one customer(or business partner), and in yMKT model there is only one. I am not sure if this problem could be solved by adding new fields, as all the data is equally relevant, so my question is if it is possible to have many to one mapping in yMKT? As a result we would have several values under one field in yMarketing

Hi Ana,

A many to one mapping as you describe it, is not possible and not planned.

If you have a secondary address, the best would be to use extensibility for defining additional fields and mapping against them.

Alternatively, you can try using marketing attributes.

Smth. like: "Secondary address = My street 1, 333, My city, My country" - but with everything in one line you won't be able to segment on a particular component of the address.

Another approach would be to separate:

"Secondary address street = My street 1"

"Secondary address city = My city"

etc.
