Error in grant the authorizations

i am trying to provide the grant authorizations but i am unable to provide kindly help out in this .

Hi Sreedhara.

Which user, are you using to give this grant?

That user, has to have the GRANT previlege in order to be able to give grant´s to another Schema´s.

Please take a look at the Security Guide. Page 125

"To be able to grant a privilege, a user must have the privilege and be authorized to grant it further. This is not the case when procedures are used. Any user who has the EXECUTE privilege on the relevant grant procedure can grant privileges."

Which id you logged in with ? Your id does not have permission to give access to another schema . 

Login as "DHK_SCHEMA" or another id who has access to  to give access to this schema( DHK_SCHEMA) .
