Adding email ids for SAP PI Alerts

Hi Team,

We are using SAP PI 7,4 single stack and using the traditional approach for receiving alerts.

We set the details in Alert Configuration in Java Stack. The email rules etc are set in one of the AS ABAP which we identified.

However I am unable to find the place to add few more email ids.

Any help would be great.

If You are using ABAP stack for alert configuration then follow these 2 steps . I am expecting all required configuration is already done in in TCode - SCOT as this seems to be already developed alert system -

1. Create one user in TCode-SU01 and maintain the email id here .

2. Under TCode- ALRTCATDEF you will get one option called - fixed recipient. Add the user hereyou have created in SU01.

Hello Shai,

Just add mail IDs separated by commas(,).

All Ids configured will receive the Alert mail.

You are triggering alerts from PI why you are not using CBMA?

that should be simple and post your ABAP configuration for alerts.

This is a old configuration and we cannot change it rightaway. So CBMA is not an option for atleast an year.

Then in the alert categort add mutliple receipents.

And the user should have mail id assigned.
