Migration from loweversion to 7.4

Dear SCN users,

My scenario was XI to RFC from bank to Client SAP system through PI.

Lower version (7.31/7.0/7.1):

                           Sender adapter  : XI adapter

                           Receiver adapter: RFC adapter

Now for higher version(7.4):

                 As per my Knowledge these below changes,

                            Sender adapter: SOAP with XI 3.0 protocol (is it correct)

                            Receiver adapter: RFC adapter (is it correct)

any settings or changes is required, please help me.

Note: Client ECC system there are using proxy settings.

Ravi,

Yes you need to create ICO with sender SOAP channel with XI3.0 protocol ..addition to this in ECC you need to change the configuration in SXMB_ADM so that is it pointing to your new PO system AEX engine.

if you are planning to run proxy interfaces parallely on both PI system check below

in Receiver RFC you wont be having any changes you can use as it is in old PI system.
