MDGC : Key mapping

Hi experts,

Let me know the configuration steps required for a Key mapping.

Requirement:

We are sending Outbound IDOC to Salesfore system, in return we will get a acknowledgement IDOC from salesforce, which should update BUT0ID table with salesforce ID and also it should update Key mapping table.

We are using Replication model for Outbound IDOC and business system is configured in replication model. Now what has to be configured to update key mapping table with SFDC ID. BUT0ID table is updated by the incoming IDOC, how it can be used to update key mapping.

Please provide the configuration steps required for key mapping table.

Hi Ramya,

You have to flag the "Update KM" checkbox for the desired business system.

Have a look on MDGIMG -> General Settings -> Data Replication -> Define Custom Settings for Data Replication -> Define Technical Settings -> Define Technical Settings for Business Systems.
