Storage bin update in QA32

Hi Experts,

I am having a query regarding the storage bin column update in T code QA32.

Can you please tell me from where it is fetching this detail, as in storage bin section the PO number is showing.

The storage bin is a dynamic storage bin in the interim storage type that is used for the goods receipts.

Any receipt from external procurement goes to 902 storage type, and to be able to differentiate the stock in this storage type which has no real bins  the standard approach is to use dynamic bins which get its bin number from the reference document.

This is basic WM stuff, please read the docu: Interim Storage Bins - Warehouse Management System (WMS) - SAP Library

And of course need this be replicated to the inspection lot, since the usage decision triggers a posting change notice in WM which has to find the right quant.
