Export search results to any format

Simple question - I search in my Directory in my Metadata Management tab and get various results. I want to take all those search results and export them to excel? pdf? word? txt? anything that gets them out of InfoStew and into another format. What aren't I seeing to do this simple process?

Not possible.  I suggest you go to the ideas space and raise it there - http://ideas.sap.com

There are OOTB metadata reports in IS, however these may not contain what you're after.

Your only other option is to write custom reports (eg an IS universe) on the IS repository for the relevant metadata you're after.
