Hello,
we are currently implementing ChaRM. We have only one active Maintenance Project and I would like to have this as default value when creating a new change document.
Is that possible?
Thanks
Uli
Hi Uli,
I am pretty much sure there is no standard way to default a project into the field. I was at that stage before, but couldn't find anything that doesn't involve development.
You would be able to do that with the help of a skilled developer using the BRF+ framework, start from the document here and then develop your own BRF+ solution.
The question however is: Do you really want to default a project into the field? I find projects very helpful for bundling multiple change documents for one piece of work. If the transports in the change document get rather large, then you might already run into problems with time-outs when releasing the transports in the background.
Hope that helps a bit.
Cheers
Markus
