Generate Error notification MSMP GRAC_CURRENT_APPROVERS

I want you to get the mail notification to all approvers involved in a stage, but in trying to generate MSMP tells me the following error. Valid for SLG1 and this appears:

Hello,

Thank everyone for their contributions, reviewing the rule if there existed in step 2, to solve my inconvenience decided to reactivate the BC SET GRC_MSMP_CONFIGURATION by SCPR20 transaction, and map again the initiator I had created in the process id SAP_GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST. This solved my problema.

Hi Freddy,

Kindly check the below KBA. This is related to role approval WF but should work for access request approval WF as well.

Dear Freddy,

seems that the rule has not been defined for the process id. Therefore go to Step 2 "Maintain Rules" and add the rule accordingly.
