MDG 8.0 Contact Persons disabled in ERP Vendor

Hi, Contact persons UIBB is visible on the screen but its disabled(read only). We are in MDG 8.0 and using ERP Vendor. Do we need to do any specific configurations to enable contact persons? Thanks, kp

Your Change Request Type probably doesn't have the BP_REL in the list of entities.

Please make sure you have enabled the checkbox in SM30 for the view CVIV_MAP_CONTACT

Hi Kp,

Contact persons UIBB will be active once the general data is entered and the address is validated. if still have the issue, please check the CVI config for contact person, which is a mandatory.
