Hi
You can run batch job everyday after completion of all order creation , so that program can check all the Order with line items which are partially delivered and put a reason for rejection on it , So that order line item will get completed status . Hope this helps .

Hi Subbaryudu,
Need some clarification. At what point of time you come to know about partial delivered orders which needs to be closed?

Hi Subbarayudu,
Do you want to remove scheduled quantity in SO. then go to SO change mode and make Scheduled Quantity as 5 in Scheduling tab item level. then you can use same quantity to other SO's.

Have you not searched SCN or Google before posting this query? If you are not aware of SCN RoE, please go through that before posting further queries and try to adhere to that. Couple of options are discussed as to how to close a sale order and all you have to do is to search.

Have you tied to short pick the OBD and then post goods issue. This will create a discrepancy report based of the SO quantity and the delivery quantity. Creating the billing document should close the SO with the delivery quantity.
Alternatively you can short pick the OBD, post goods issue, then go back into the sales order and change the quantities to match the delivery quantities.
Hope this helps.
