Constraint "Must Start on" should be removed

Hello All,

I have activities created from front end (Portal) with Duration and Start date as input. End date is suggested depending on the duration.

Activities are saved in the front end.

In the back end (ECC), Activities are created with Start date as Must Start On in the Constraints. I do not want "Must Start on" with Start date of the activity. It has to be blank. The reason is, If "Must Start on" gets populated the particular activity will be in Critical Path Planning (CPP).

Kindly provide me the option of how to remove "Must Start on" Constraint from the activity which currently is defaulted.

or how to get rid of this activity from CPP even though "Must Start on" gets populated.

What application are you using to create activities through a Portal?

This sounds like a custom program.

Front end is SAP UI5.

Is it a custom front end program or a standard SAP transaction.

With a custom front end the setting of the constraint is per the programming design.

Its a custom front end program. I will have a look into it and update.

It is to do with the custom front end. We have done the changes and it is working fine.
