Smartform for emailing the message processor

Former Member

Hello, experts.
I have configured some custom smartforms both for the message reporter and for the message processor. While it works perfectly for the reporter,

it does not for the processor. I see the old default smartform under scheduled actions.

Below is the screenshot of the customizing, done in SPPFCADM for the custom process type ZMRQ:

As you can see, I have entered the custom smartform at the necessary place.
Could someone tell me what can the problem be?
Thanks in advance,
Borys

Hi Borys.

When this problem occurs I try these steps.

  • check if in condition configuration this action has same definition.
  • try to update your transaction type.
  • if none from above works, I create new action via wizard in SPPFCADM and deactivate old one.

Hope it helps.

Hello, Jan.
What do you mean by "update your transaction type" ?

Hi Borys

Use transaction AI_CRM_CPY_PROCTYPE and option - update Transaction type.

But from my experience the quickest way so far is to create new action definition and disable the old one.

Hello Borys,

From the screenshot given for message processor, it shows the standard smartform is used i.e.

AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM but in SPPFCADM action, a different smartform is used i.e.

Z_AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_LINK_PROC_1

Make sure that you use same smartform for message processor.

Hope this resolves the issue.

Let me know in case it doesn't work.

Thanks,

Hello, Vignesh.
That's exactly the problem - I want to use Z_AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_LINK_PROC_1, but it does not work, the system uses the standard one, AI_CRM_IM_SHORT_TEXT_LINK_FORM.
Thanks,
Borys

Hello Borys,

In the action definition, please make the settings as shown in the example below.
