PLM Recipe management and QM inspection

Hi,

I am looking for some documentation on inspection from PLM recipe. I found some files from help.sap and few threads from experts in this forum. But it would be great, if I could get some detailed links which I can use to understand more on it.

Seeking to understand how we can copy PLM recipe specification to MIC and use it for QM inspection. Is there anyway, we could use the same PLM classification as MIC class/ characteristic?

Kind regards,

Yes. You must create the material specification after maintaing the classification data.

In the material master select both "inspect with material specification" and "inspect with task list".

This should pull the values from the classification set up, into the material spec and then into the inspection lot when created.

You must leave the MIC's locked in the recipe.
