Number of Copies is set to 2 by default

Good Day,

please assist, I have an issue whereby when the user do the GI/GR it create one spool, but under printer parameter is set to 2, and this makes it to print 2 pages(duplicate) of the same GR/GI.

I want to change the number of copies to default to 1, so that it stop duplicating pages on the printer.

I opened the sp01 t.code and that's when I found the number of copies set to 2.

please advise on how to set that value to 1 as default.

You need to provide more information regarding the type of output but this can be managed using transaction NACE.

For example use transaction NACE and select the V2 Shipping line then double click on the output type, e.g. LD00 delivery note. Enter your sales organisation and execute.

Next select the communications button and you can change the no. of pages.
