Archiving of Cost centers (Cost center master not archived because transaction data exists)

Hi Experts,

We are implementing the archiving cost center master data using CO_CCMAST archiving object.. here we are getting the message like

Cost center master not archived because transaction data exists even after archiving the CO_ITEM...

Could you please help me on the above  for archiving of CO_CCMAST..

You might have parked documents which will not be archived with CO_ITEM 

The analysis tool for CO_ITEM should give you the documents having these cost centers in use

thanks ton for immediate reponse

able to archive few CO line items and for few items we are not able to archive & getting the message  "No line items to be archived found"" ...

is this message effecting for the archiving of CO_CCMAST object?

Each archiving object has its prerequisites and object specific customizing.

this message just sounds like the items did not get archived since they have not reached the residence time

thank you for the response

we have set the residence time as 1 month(least) for CO_ITEM, still we are getting the message like "No line items to be archived found"....

please find the enclosed screen shots for reference.

Do those objects - for which you hided a meaningless number - have CO items?

Did you check this already with report RKABSHOW?

I m not getting much with ur previous response.. as i checked the archiving of CO_ITEM, value types 4 (Actual), 11(statistical actual) & 60 (Parked Document) are not considering for archiving.

so could you please tel that how to archive d above 3 value types?

its bit urgent requirement..
