SAP EASY DMS Runtime Error

Hi Everyone, I am facing this problem in SAP EASY DMS

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error!

Program: C:\Windows\explorer.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.

Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I tried all the possible ways, but couldn't able to find the solutions.

Please help with this error.

Hi Mahesh,

As Ameya mentions maybe you can give some more information here, What steps you take in Easy DMS when the runtime error occurs.

Hello Mahesh,

This is too little information to check the issue.

Please check the logs generated to find out what the real error is.

Also what changes have you done ? Have you changed the SAP logon GUI version ? Or any upgrade in your SAP system ?

Please check and revert.
