How to add custom action Button on standard screen Service ticket

Hi Experts,

I want to add a custom action Button on standard Service ticket screen as shown in screen shot rectangle 1.

I tried to add new extension field but unable to change its display type to Button.
Then I Created Embedded component and added button on screen but embedded component gets appended after the Pane (screen shot rectangle 2).
So is there any facility to adjust position of Embedded Component.
Please guide me how can i add custom button on screen.

Hi Nikil,

instead of adding an extension field, you need to use the "Add OBN Link/Button to Section Group" Button in the Exensibility Explorer of the UI-Designer.

This button is available on Section Groups so make sure you select the appropriate "Customer" section group.

You need an OBN Navigation so you might like to prepare one in advance.
