Not able to navigate tabs of bucket item

Dear Experts,

We are not able to navigate to different tabs of a bucket inside PPM.

Could you please tell me reason of it and how to correct it?

Dear Saurabh,

Hope you are doing good.

Are you doing this straight on the R/3 server or using some other interface (for example portal using browser)?

This will help to isolate the issue.

We are using portal from web browser. (IE#11)

Dear Saurabh,

Hope you are doing good.

Can you  try this in different browsers (say chrome,firefox ) and check if the issue is the same.Please check http://service.sap.com/pam to see if the browser is supported.

Are you facing issues with other tabs?

I tried it in chrome already and it is the same issue there too.

Yes I did. Infact, it happens with bucket only. Portfolio items dont have this issue.

Are you sure it is related to browser?

Maybe check the httpwatch trace to see any obvious errors (d
ownload the httpwatch tool free from www.httpwatch.com) .

If the issue persists, maybe redeploying content as per SAP KBA 1715441 might help and provide a quick fix.
