Hello Experts
in PMS ,employees submitted his KPA setting to their reporting managers but manager is unable to see related workitem.once deadline date is completed its has gone to PMS admin saying that """Please reopen the KPA"""
but in hte PHAP_ADMIN the Appraisal substatus of same PMS document showing as """Send to manager for approval"""
Whether we need to reopen the ""KPA setting form to employees"" or any other alternatives?
Please suggest what need to be done?

that task deadline monitor is reached with reporting manager step and completed automatically and moved to admin for taking the necessary action. as per your workflow log now admin has to re-open the document and submit or process as admin.

If document closed automatically, then admin can send it to that manager from back end in t-code phap_admin.
If employee not yet fill the KPA's then it'e need to be redirected to employee and from employee submit to manager. If you check the workflow log in your screen shot, in 3rd step it's set to processing obsolete. You need to check it's in dead line monitoring or any time limit set at this task for taking the action by manager. Check with the workflow consultant what exactly in 3rd step process defined.
