Access Request is taking wrong path

Hi All,

We have two different paths for access Request

1) For New User creation with different roles it should go to PATH1

2) New user creation single role it should go to PATH2

But in our scenario all the New request's with different roles are going through PATH2, where as it should be PATH1

Kindly help me in understanding the same
