ITSM Support Team Determination (BRF+)

• We configured the ITSM and followed the steps for the team determination config with BRFPLUS on the ITSM wiki.

  After that we released the transport request with the BRF+ configuration before doing an System Copy.
  
  After the copy on the new server, we want to modified, save or delete the application created on BRFPLUS and the following message appears.
  
  "Transport request/task SMSK900037 is already released"
  
  I've been searching but could not find any documentation that explains how to do new modifications. how to assign a new modifiable transport request.

Hi Henry.

You can use this program to unlock transport request RDDIT076. After that you will be able to modify your BRF plus application.
