ASN qty check with PO qty

Hi,

My requirement is as follows:

PO is created for 100 EA.  Now I dont want to receive ASN with quantity more than 100. i.e. I dont want the inbound delivery to be created if the ASN quantity is different from PO quantity. (supplier is on portal .

How can I achieve this ?

PO is done at ECC

ASN is at portal

Hi

To prevent the exceeded quantity can be done for ASN,
customize the warning message BBP_SUS_ASN 005 to error message in SPRO for business object BUS2231:

SPRO path -> Supplier Relationship Management -> SRM Server ->
Cross-Application Basic Settings -> Message Control -> Influence
Message Control -> enter data for business object BUS2231.

After this, even though the Create ASN button will be enabled, it will
not allow the ASN to be created if proposed quantity is zero.
