Hi,
I have installed SAP Netweaver application server java. When I checked in the browser, I am able to access portal start page but nwa and useradmin/index.jsp I am not able to access. Getting the below error:
I followed SAP Notes 1451753 (Commenting line in ICM_filter file) but it couldn't solve the issue. I even tried in IE browser. This option also didn't work.
Any suggestions pls?
Thanks and Regards,
Teja
Hello Teja,
In addition to what Hemanth has mentioned, you can check the traces related to exceptionID in the default traces
1) Reproduce the scenario
2) To find the correct default trace file which contains this exception, refer to SAP KBA#1596214. This KBA will tell you how to look for the latest trace. Attach this trace and the screenshot showing the relevant exception here

Asha

Dear Teja,
Hope you are doing good.
Is it possible to attach some logs to check this further:
1)
Navigate to http://<server>:<port>/nwa/sysinfo
-> navigate to component info-> software components
-> export to Spreadsheet.
2)
Kindly run the web diag tool as outlined in SAP Note No. 1332726-Troubleshooting Wizard SAP AS Java 7.20 and above with incident "General Security" and reproduce the issue. Also send the below files as well when you reproduced the issue along with the diagtool output:
/usr/sap/<SID>/JC<nr>/j2ee/cluster/server0/logs/default trace (latest).
