Hi Experts,
We are inventorising the transport and loading/unloading costs during the STO process. We want to recognise the transport / loading&unloading vendors liability on confirmation of GR at the receiving location during internal movement of goods.
Is it possible by using POD functionality. If yes, can you please tell me the set up required.
Regards
Vishnu
Ok, i will try and revert.
Thanks for your support

Hi. 2 questions
Q1) Is this scenario Plant to Plant or Sloc to Sloc ?
Q2) Are you using both outbound and inbound deliveries in this scenario, or was that an assumption ?
If this is a Plant to Plant scenario and you use only an OBD for both issue and receipt, I see no reason why POD couldn't be used.
Cheers

Hi Vishnu,
Good day.
Maybe you can consider to use POD in the first step of STO scenario. After PGI in outbound delivery, and then confirm the POD for your requirement. But this seems cannot fully conver your requiremnt.
Also, for more details about POD, please check following link in Wiki page:

Hi Vishnu,
POD confirmation is not relevant for inbound delivery. Also, the POD status vbup-pdsta will not have value 'C' (confirmed) for inbound delivery.
Best egards,
Edward
