Hello Friends,
Came across a situation where multiple mails are being sent for one output (shipment output).
For example if output is comprised of 5 pages then 5 mails are being sent for each pages instead of one mail contains all the pages.
Need to get one mail containing all the pages.
Please help if there is any setting in configuration.
Hello Amit,
It's not a standard behavior of the system no SAP standard setting splits pages in to mail, discuss this issue with you ABAPer, I believe there is some problem in print program.
Thanks,
Prashant Sharma.

Not a standard behavior and not configuration driven. Ask your ABAPers to look at the output program (the program name is in transaction NACE).

Amit,
I agree with Prashant, this is not SAP standard behavior, take the case of a document printed-out (order, delivery or bill), if the invoice print preview is multiple pages, then the print output type will print all the pages, when the (single) output type is processed successfully, similar is the case with PDF attached to (one) email.
Is your print program custom?
In a design delivered to the customer: PDF is multiple pages attached to an email sent after output type (transmission medium 5) is processed successfully, billing process. The backend design is: print preview is converted in to PDF and attached to the email which is sent to the customer. So if print preview is multiple pages, then the PDF also is multiple pages. No issues faced by us.
added:
Was this output type working fine before and now there is this issue of multiple emails? Or this is an issue from the start of processing this new output type?
