I have project on which I have created internal and cost activity but when I'm going to create external and service activity I got below error. When I create internal or cost activity and save it than no error shown and my activity is save. I have check number ranges which is also fine. So kindly tell me what could be possible problem.

Looks like you need to give the number, since the PR is triggered automatically i feel it is not getting the info. Check whether you can change the number range assignment
