Screen Personas 3.0 SP03 Issue

Hello,

I installed the newest Support Package 3 for Screen Personas Release 3 in my SAP System.

SAP_BASIS 740_004 / SAP_Kernel 742_400.

Afterwards I want to start the Personas-Admin-Transaction but I get an ABAP Dump

Category              ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors        SYNTAX_ERROR
ABAP Program          /PERSONAS/CL_FLAVOR_CTRL_BASE=CP
Application Component  BC-PER
Date and Time          01.07.2016 09:15:25

During the presequently Actions (SAP Note Implementation) I got the following message...

I checked the method /PERSONAS/CL_CUP_UTILS (using SE24). The Interface IF_S_USAGE_COLLECTOR is invalid.
Is this the reason why I cannot use the new SP? Is there anybody with the same problems?

You are missing one of the required notes. Please review the Installation and Configuration Guide and make sure all mentioned notes applicable to your NW release and SP level are implemented.

I forgot the implementation of SAP Note 2218621.
