ATS and Columns

Hello,

I use an UIBB ATS. This UIBB contains via configuration all available fields (40 fields). Then I use personalization to set table layout and select 10 fields for display. I save this as standard. But unfortunately every other user does not get this configuration at start, all 40 fields are displayed in list.

Where is my mistake?

Hi Stefan,

You need to change the table layout on Configuration Mode, so all users on that client will have the same modifications.

In order to do this, you should have FPM_CONFIG_EXPERT=X user parameter and append '&sap-config-mode=X' on URL.

Any changes made on configuration mode are valid for all users on that client. You can read more here: Activating Administrator Mode - Floorplan Manager for Web Dynpro ABAP - SAP Library

Hello,

    You need to change the fields in the config mode to set the standard variant. This change will be captured in a transport request. This variant will then be applied to all users and can also be transported to other systems.
