Document flow not updating for Inbound delivery creating from Outbound delivery

Hi,

We have create  Purchase  Order, and from Purchase order , we have created Outbound delivery.

From Outbould delivery we have created Picking request and then Inbould delivery (DESADV).

Issue : Inbound delivery created in system is good, it is showing in confirmation table of PO, but it is not showing in document flow (i.e no entry in VBFA table).

Provide details about the Business process which you are performing in system.

My scanerion is as below:

1. Add a quantity of 2 to the PO and save. Transaction ME22N

2. VL10b create the delivery. 

3. The new delivery will show on the PO History tab on the PO.  Copy that delivery number and to to VL02n.

4.  VL02N – on picking tab, enter quantity and batch 4556484> Select Post Goods Issue.

5.  Inbound delivery showing in Confirmation table of Order

6.  Inbound delivery should show in doc flow but does not.
