Mass UD update after TECO of orders

Hi,

I have a situation where i have 1000s' of orders which are TECO but not UD updated. I would like to update these in mass. I tried to use QA 40 but it does not update all of it. Because am able to see few TECO orders which are not UD updated in QA32 but these are not visible/updated by QA40.

My inspection type is 03.

The only i have found as of not is to go to QA 32, select and edit the UD one by one which is not possible for 1000s' of orders.

Can you suggest a solution please ?

What were your settings in QA40.  Are you sure the second radio button was selected for Orders only technic. completed?

I would run QA40 three times.  Once for each radio button,

Orders you have left then need to be looked at.  Not the QM lot.  It wouldn't be a QM issue, but a PP/PP-PI issue as they probably haven't properly completed their orders.

Also, if you used an 03 lot.  You MUST record and close at least one result in the 03 inspection lot for this Auto UD to work.  Otherwise you have to UD the lots manually.
