cann't create workspace in the http://server:8002/ebb/setup.asp

Hi all

Could you help me about the issue below?

I started the setting of Business Process Blueprinting

I did download of Business Process Blueprinting Installation and Configuration Guide .and  I did all setting in the solman 7.1.

But when I am going to try create the worksplace using the url http://server:8002/ebb/setup .asp. I cannot create new workspcae because the button ADD stay freeze. It is don't have action.

I tested in the internet explorer 11 and google chrome and in the 2 browser I have the same issue.

Hello Ricardo,

could you please put http://server:8002 into the intranet zone in IE and retry.

This can be done in the Internet Exprorer by: Tools -> Internet options -> Security -> Local Intranet

Button: Sites  -> Button: Advanced

Also try to add the site to the compatibilty view in IE. Tools -> Compatibility View settings -> Add
