Workmanager 6.3: Unable to get Documents

Hello,

I am working with SMP3.0 and Workmanager6.3 application on iPad. I would like to receive documents on my device but the request stays in waiting.

So I debugged it through and to me the setup in R/3 looks ok. There are no authorisation issues left in SU53, the time Zone on SMP is set correctly, even I can see that the http classes of syclo are called and processed.

If I run /SYCLO/CORE_USER_OTRIG_Q_RETRY again, I can see that there are LOGS creared in SMP, so the send seem to work as well.

But there is not data received in the device.

I did check the ANGEL Transmit settings. PUSH is enabled and it is configured to keep the connection open.

I went through all documents I was able to get here on SCN in order to see if any setting was wrong or missing. But neither an alias was defined nor the ports are different - so setting seem to be fine as said.

Where is my issue? Can anybody help me on that?

Hi,

Please verify the global settings for BDS/DMS documents in configuration panel.

thanks a lot for your hint, that did help. Finally it was a missing note:

This solved the issue.
