Failed to connect to SYSAM Server from PowerDesigner Web 16.6

Hi everybody:

I have an issue, I haven't been able to connect PowerDesigner WEB to License Server in order to create diagrams and charts so,  I already installed SYSAM Server 2.3 32 Bits with FL license and PowerDesigner client could use the Seved license without problem but when I test connection in the PD Portal there is a message: Failed to connect to server and when I try to create a Diagram there is another message Failed to checkout the license of course.

My environment is Win 10, PD 16.6 PL01 64 bit, PowerDesigner Portal 16.6.7278

I'll appreciate any help

Currently you can only create diagram for Business Process Model in PD Portal.

Are the license server and pd portal server on the same machine?

If not, check to see if there is firewall between them.

Yes the SYSAM and PD Portal are in the same machine, by the way the license is Enterprise Architect.

For debug purpose, you can install portal server on your PC and try.

Do not run Powerdesigner client when you create diagram on portal server.

When trouble occurs, check sybase.log in the license server folder.

Did you generate the license in SAP site?

For PD_EAR, you should see component PD_BPMW,  W means you can create diagram in

Portal.

Meanwhile, I generated the license in sybase.suscribenet.com because I have a problem from SAP site and I have already reported them but I haven't received any answer.
