Report to change sales order status to complete

Hi Friends

We have a standard report available in SAP to change the status of deliveries to "complete" so that they wont be available in the VF04 (mantain billing due list). delivery related. Report is VL_COMPLETE

Likewise, do we have any such reports for order related billing to change the order status.

Hi Gino,

In standard, there is no such report like VL_COMPLETE to close sales order manually.

However, there is a report SDVBUK00 can be used to redetermine sales order's status based on currently valid status. Please see note 88511.

Hi, If the orders are more then use the LSMW or BDC to short close the orders withe reason of rejections.

In the past we had certain cases when we had to complete manually sales orders - the add-on we used could not set rejection reasons on order item level when we had 2 deliveries for different order items and one delivery was fully cancelled. Zero value invoices were not allowed by local legislation.

We just rejected these order items with a special rejection reason.

check oss note 323048. Also, according to your business process you could try to run report SD_SALESDOC_COMPLETION (tcode V_MACO).

What is the business process to have this functionality ?  In sale order related billing, if you dont want to do billing, then what is the need to create a sale order?  If you want to retain the sale order, then set Billing block at header level and check.  The other option could be setting Reason for Rejection at item level.
