ITSM - Action - Fire Error Message in Action

Hi experts,

I've created actions to do some checks at savine of a ticket of IT-Servicemanagement.

Now I would like to fire an error-message in WebUI, if the check is not good and would like to block the saving?

How can I realize this in an action?
I've already tried FM "CRM_MESSAGE_COLLECT".

It shows the error after saving, but does not block the saving on the one hand and on the other hand the error is frozen and does not go away after saving again.

Does anybody know a tutorial for this?

The problem got solved with FM CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE oder CRM_MESSAGES_DELETE_SINGLE.

With the second one you can exactly delete your fired message out of the error-list.

So the error do not get doubled or can be removed if everything is good.
