discount not picked up in DP80 (pricing)

Hello,

we are using customer service. From the service order, a quotation is created, taken over quantities & costs.

Based on the order reason, which we add manually, a discount condition should be added to the pricing, but this is not happening.

When creating a quotation via VA21, all works as we expect.

anybody any idea what we are missing?

With standard functionality, system won't fetch pricing based on order reason.  If at all, for some reason, if it is fetching, then check any exit is triggering or routine is validating.

hey,

it's just another condition table. no need for extra programming to trigger it in VA21. Why is DP80 not doing this?
