Problem creating Task in SDCCN

Former Member

Dear community,

i have a problem creating the tasks for sdccn. I want to do EWA with SolMan. The preperation check is all green (RTCCTOOL). The SDCCN is activatet in SolMan(4.0) and in my client system (4.6C). But i cannot create any task in sdccn in SolMan and client system. There is always the message "no action possible", when I want to create a task.

Thanks for help,

Matthias

Hi Ruediger,

I activated the SDCCN like you wrote. But there was no periodic task "Maintenance Package" created. So there are also no entries in the task log.

Hi Manas,

the parameters of TC oss1 are correct, but the situation is still the same.

Thanks,

Matthias

Hello Mattias,

From SDCCN->Task->Create

Maintenance Package MAINTAIN_SDCC

If the activation was correct you have to be able to create this task.

Hope this helps,

Hello Dolores,

by clicking the path you mentioned, the message "no action possible" comes up. So I think the activation may be not correct. But how can I correct the activation although the activation was performed already?

Thanks, Matthias

Hi Matthias,

If you are not able to solve the problem with the help of the forum, I recommend to open a customer message on SV-SMG-SDD.

I am sure, that my colleagues can provide help quite fast. An access to your system makes an analysis much easier.

Best regards,

Ruediger

Hi Matthias,

Just for verification: With performed activation of SDCCN, you mean, that you chosen in SDCCN, Utilities -> Activate.

With this activation, periodic task "Maintenance Package" will be created, background jobs will be scheduled, ....

Check the task log of SDCCN, there might be some error messages.

Best regards,

Hi Matthias,

For setting up SDCCN you must have a Router configured by which SAP can log-on to your system.

This can be done by entering the parameters of the Router in TC OSS1 in the solution manager system, only then it can b done.

Thanks

Manas
