Success Factors certificate issue

HI

I am doing an ECC to Success Factors scenaro through SAP PI. I am using SuccessFactors adapter at receiver side. The communication channel shows successful when I ping it. However I am not able to use certificates.

The BASIS has created a certificate in the NWA. It's yellow in color with a warning that the expiry date is near.

When i go the SF communication channel and try to import the certificate, I am not able to see it under trusted CAs.

What possible could be the error?

Hi Harish,

Even if you dont mention TrustedCAs keystote view and keystore entry in your receiver CC , your interface should work properly if you have imported correct certificate in NWA key storage.

Try once.

Ensure the certificate has been uploaded in the trusted CAs in NWA.
