Update field in table DRAW

We are supposed to update the field RES4 in table DRAW.

This field is currently blank and needs to be updated with different values.

And we have a thousands of DIRs to update that field.

What are the possible ways to make that update?

Hello Vinay,

just to give a heads up, field DRAW-RES4 is heavily used for CAD Integration. So if you are using or plan to use CAD Integration please use another field.

I guess to do an update you have to create your own ABAP report.

Hi Gerhard,

Thanks for reply.

We do have a program to update the DRAW table.

But wrong fields are getting updated due to incorrect file format.

Excel file blank spaces are not getting transferred correctly to notepad.

Hence, we wanted to know what are different methods to update ?
