Hi,
Users are getting below error randomly while accessing CRM ISA from Portal 7.4
500 internal server error is returned for HTTP request[http://host.domainname:port/b2b/init.do]
I have checked log in NWA. Please see the attachment for complete log information.
After 5 to 10 mints users able to access ISA screen from portal. It happens randomly.

Hi Venu,
As you have mentioned,the issue is occuring some time and not consistent.
Record the http wtach trace and see the url call during 500 internal server error
