Note 2197897 not available for keyword for Upgrade Portal from 7.0 to 7.5

OSS Note 2197897  is not available and I need keyword to continue upgrade Portal from 7.0 to 7.5. anyone please help.

Hi Kavitha,

I recently completed one upgrade using latest SUM and the keyword i used was

I will suggest you to open a message with SAP and get the information why the note is not available. It is very important to read that note thoroughly as it has very critical information for the issues faced during upgrade.

In addition please refer to
